What is eco-therapy?
Ecological psychotherapy (sometimes called outdoor therapy or nature-based therapy) is a way of working that brings the natural environment into the therapeutic process. Rather than sitting in a traditional room, we meet outdoors in an accessible natural space.
This is not just a walk and talk. Eco-therapy treats nature as a third presence in the session. The environment itself can provide grounding, perspective, and metaphors that help us explore what’s happening in your inner world.
For many people who feel confined or overstimulated indoors, eco-therapy creates a sense of freedom and safety that makes the therapeutic work more accessible.

My approach
I offer both talking therapy and outdoor / eco-therapy, so you can choose the environment that feels safest and most supportive.
