Why I do this work
For many of the people I work with, life has been a long exercise in adapting. Adapting to workplaces, to family expectations, to systems that didn’t quite fit. Years of masking, people-pleasing, and pushing through have left them exhausted and unsure of who they really are beneath it all.
I know this experience from both sides of the therapy room. As a neurodivergent woman and parent of neurodivergent daughters, I understand how it feels to move through a world that wasn’t built with you in mind. I also know how healing it can be to find a space where you don’t have to explain or prove yourself; where your needs are taken seriously and respected.
