About Me

Why I do this work

For many of the people I work with, life has been a long exercise in adapting. Adapting to workplaces, to family expectations, to systems that didn’t quite fit. Years of masking, people-pleasing, and pushing through have left them exhausted and unsure of who they really are beneath it all.

I understand the need for therapy adapted around your needs after years of work supporting neurodivergent, learning disabled and chronically ill people professionally in mental health and therapy settings.

I know this experience from both sides of the therapy room. As a neurodivergent woman and parent of neurodivergent daughters, I have lived experience of how it feels to move through a world that wasn’t built with you in mind. I also know how healing it can be to find a space where you don’t have to explain or prove yourself, where your needs are taken seriously and respected.

That’s why I offer therapy that adapts to you.

How I Can Support You

I offer three therapy options, designed to adapt to your needs. You can choose the format that feels most supportive for you, and we can change it as your needs change.

A little more about me

In common with many autistic people, I’m curious, always learning and developing new skills and collaborating with other therapists to build new resources.

Currently I am working with:

  • Kirsty Galloway at Yellow Beacon CIC
Delivering bespoke mindfulness courses for neurodivergent people
  • Dr Natasha Fiberesima
We are offering an autism diagnostic service in Stockport.

Outside of therapy, nature is where I recharge. Whether walking in the woods or sitting quietly outdoors, I find the natural world offers calm and perspective, and that’s part of why I love weaving it into my therapeutic work. I also enjoy mindfulness practices and time with my family.

Ready to Take the Next Step?

If you’re curious about in-door or eco-therapy, the best way to find out if it’s for you is to try it. We’ll start with a consultation to talk through what you need, what feels safe, and how sessions could work for you.
